We love these soft and comfortable sweatshirts from Ottobre, made using Organic Fleece in white with colourful zipper and thread details.

Construction details for this dress can be found in our corresponding blog post. The dresses have been great layering pieces so far, and I have also been hard pressed to keep them from sleeping in these soft and comfortable styles.

This sofa had been in the family for a while, but with nice, contemporary lines, just needed a new look, updated with 55% Recycled Hemp / 45% Organic Cotton Duck fabric.

(Un)fortunately, the fabric has already proven that it washes up well! The cushions took a hit of spaghetti two days after returning from the upholsterer and a quick trip through the laundry machine fixed the problem. Hemp is one of the strongest natural fibres and doesn't pill, stretch or shrink.

Many thanks to Betsy for sending in these pictures of her chairs, recovered in Mod Green Pod's Jubilee Licorice.

The tub chairs were salvaged from the side of the road on garbage day, and up-cycled into terrific and functional accents in her family room.

For more pictures of the chairs, please see the project recycled hemp on a recoverd sofa.

As for the Hopscotch Top, the changes I would make include sewing the neck edge as described in this Ottobre magazine free pattern for on a Tank Top. This would hide all seams around the neck edge. The hems were sewn using the two needle method, which creates a much more professional result.
